12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
12.4 Jurisdiction and Venue
If arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and JetCurve regarding your use of the Site.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13.4 Assignment

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government actions.
